What you put in your body will become the building blocks of all cells, muscles, tissues and organs The old saying " you are what you eat" was amazingly true.
Here are 5 simple tips to get you started on your Paleo journey to a healthy lifestyle :
1) Pre - cook your food , even bring a lunch to work . To reduce cooking time , cooking large batches of food at the beginning of the week or several days in advance!
